What are Group Profiles?

Cajole isn't just for individuals. Bands, companies, teams, charities, and organizations of every kind can have a Group Profile — a shared page at cajole.com/@yourgroupname that your whole team can manage together.

What a Group Profile can do

  • A public page showing the Group's photo, bio, social links, and campaign history — campaigns created by the Group, campaigns targeting it, and campaigns it has backed.

  • A Cajole Us button, so anyone can challenge your Group with the basics pre-decided by you.

  • Multiple managers — every manager can act as the Group, so no one has to share a personal account.

  • Its own payout setup — money your Group earns can go to a manager or to the Group's own account.

  • The "Cajole Verified" checkmark once Cajole has confirmed the Group's identity.

How to claim a Group Profile

  1. Open the account menu (your avatar, top right) and click Claim a Group Profile.

  2. Enter the Group's name and, if you'd like, its @handle.

  3. Submit. Your claim goes to the Cajole team for review — you'll get an email when it's approved, usually well within 48 hours.

While the claim is under review, the Group appears in your account menu with a "pending review" badge. Once approved, it's live.

One important rule: a Group Profile must be claimed by someone genuinely authorized to represent the group. Claims are reviewed by a real person, and claims that can't be verified are declined.

Managing as your Group

Once your claim is approved, use the Manage as switcher in the account menu to act as the Group. While managing, your account settings show the Group's profile, payout, and managers — you can set its photo and bio, claim its @handle, invite other managers, turn on Cajole Us, and choose where money goes.

When someone targets your Group

Campaigns can be aimed at your Group just like at a person. When an offer reaches its goal, any manager can accept on the Group's behalf, deliver the proof, and collect the payout for the Group.
