Cajoles may take some time to fulfill, especially when subject to a target's availability, so please be patient. The campaign creator is responsible for reaching out to the all backers that qualified for Leaderboard perks and is a good person to check in with on the status of your perks.
If a Leaderboard perk is considered unmanageable, targets will have to agree to an adjustment in their fee so that backers who earned those perks may be credited or refunded according to Cajole's Refund Policy.
In the event that the creator failed in their duty to coordinate Leaderboard perks with a backer, you may be credited or refunded according to Cajole's Refund Policy. Reach out to support and let us know if this is the case.
