Campaign targets cannot negotiate any Cajole's Terms and Conditions, however they may ask if they have the option to negotiate any of the campaign creators terms of their offer.
Offers made to a target that are over $2,500 are negotiable and it is up to a campaign creator wants to accept, deny or counter a proposal on behalf of all backers.
If a Leaderboard perk is considered unmanageable, targets will have to agree to an adjustment in their fee so that backers who earned those perks may be credited or refunded according to Cajole's Refund Policy.
