An Open Call campaign is when a Cajole is created and offered to no one person in particular.
If you feel the Cajole speaks to you and you are able to fulfill the task for the reward offered, consider throwing your name in the ring.
After the campaign ends, anyone can apply to accept the Cajole. The Open Call will hit the marketplace regardless of if the campaign reached it's goal or not, for the amount gathered.
Users can only apply to or fulfill one Open Call campaign at a time. If an applicant doesn't complete the Cajole they are assigned, they will be blocked from applying to another Open Call campaign for 3 months.
If the applicant is unable to complete the Cajole, or if they don't deliver satisfactory proof, the campaign returns to the applicant pool.
