Are campaigns all or nothing?

For campaigns that target a known personality, the primary goal must be achieved for an offer to be presented.

For campaigns that target everyday people, offers will still be presented to their targets even if the primary goal isn't achieved.

"Cajole Me" campaign creation (set by account users that share their profile links) are chosen by the Cajole user who sets up their Cajole Me button wether their campaigns are All-or-Nothing or if the offer is presented whether or not the goal is reached.

If a campaign isn't successful, backers will receive credits back to their account that can go towards supporting any active campaign on Cajole. For backers who made their payment via ACH direct deposit, they may be entitled to have their payment returned provided it is to the same account they used to send their payment. We cannot return payment to a separate account that it was received from.

Backers may reach out to Support to request this as the end of a failed campaign.

Transaction fees taken from the initial purchase will not be returned. Any ACH processing fees for returning a payment will also be deducted from the returned amount.
